Close to the city center of St Jean Pied de Port and at the foot of the mountains, this charming architect's house with large covered terrace, and shaded terrace bathed in a green environment, as well as covered parking, is perfect for accommodating 6 adults. The whole house will be at your disposal to enjoy the great outdoors, the riches of the Basque Country and its sports and cultural activities. The space This 160 m² single-story house is composed of: - 1 large 27 m² living room with fireplace (only available in winter), piano, Hi-Fi system - 1 open kitchen overlooking the living room and fully equipped dining room (fridge, oven, dishwasher, gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, hood) - 1 covered terrace of 36 m² overlooking the mountains and green surroundings, - 1 terrace of 15 m² with magnificent views of the mountains, access via the kitchen, and dining table for 6 people, - 1 large dining room of 23 m² overlooking the living room - "Le Munhoa" bedroom: 15 m² with quality queen-size bedding (160 x 200 cm) and dressing room and its walk-in shower, - "Béhorléguy" bedroom: 16 m² with quality queen-size bedding (160 x 200 cm) and large dressing room and its walk-in bathroom, - "Irouléguy" bedroom: 14 m² with 1 quality sofa bed (140 x 190) - 2 separate toilets,  - TV & Wi-Fi - 1 laundry room with washing machine, ironing equipment, - cleaning equipment, household products, vacuum cleaner - 1 covered shelter for one car and possibility for 2 other cars to park inside the property, - a large 2000 m² wooded garden with deckchairs and hammock ATTENTION: It should be noted that the house is only heated with a main insert. It works very well and supplies the whole house but it takes time to turn it on and it heats the house little by little. There is only one towel dryer in one of the two bathrooms. Optional: The cleaning fee is €150. Rental of sheets and towels: €20/pers. per stay. Sensitive to the richness of the environment of the house, and its design, we invite our tenants to adopt a respectful attitude and in harmony with the environment. Containers for selective sorting are located 250 m from the house. A composter is also available for organic waste.
