Here you will find a stylish lounge/diner, with picture windows capturing the coastal vistas, and a wood burner, set into an original stone chimney breast, to stoke up on chilly days as you settle down in front of the Smart TV. This sun-soaked living space flows easily into the chic kitchen/diner, where you will find everything you need to help you cater for your party, and another table where you can enjoy your meals as you gaze out to sea. A family bathroom and a WC are also downstairs. A second family bathroom is up on the first floor, together with two light-filled double bedrooms and a twin, all with glass doors offering sea views and access to the balcony. Spill out on to the sunny balcony at every opportunity. Dine out here, have afternoon tea or open a bottle of chilled wine in the evening. Parking for this property is in nearby pay car parks. Wander over the road to the beach to dip in the sea and make castles on the sand. Praa Sands, 5 miles away, is a much larger sweep of golden beach and also a firm favourite with families on bucket and spade breaks.
