The space El Acebuchal is a 70-hectare estate located 18 km from the historic town of Ronda and less than 1 km from the picturesque white village of Montecorto A villa where you can enjoy nature in a quiet environment with a private pool. It is a large manor house from the 19th 19th century, an old farmhouse that retains the charm of the past and the comforts of today. It has large and spacious rooms, 2 terraces with panoramic views. The house has a large living-dining room with fireplace and TV, a full kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator and washing machine, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 triple bedroom with 2 beds of 105 cm and one of 90 cm, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom with 90 cm beds. All bedrooms have their own closets. There are 2 full bathrooms with shower. It also has a crib and baby high chair that is offered at no cost to visitors who request it. The total capacity is 8 people. If you need more beds, the house has an attached apartment inside the house itself. This apartment has its own living room, triple room with 2 beds of 105 cm and an extra bed of 80 cm, as well as its own bathroom. This apartment is only rented as an annex to the main house (never to different guests) and its cost is €50/day - €250/week. The house has heating by heat accumulators, an electronic doorman, a 10 x 5 m swimming pool with a tile floor, a terrace and a garden area, as well as a toilet-changing room in the pool area. It has a portable barbecue. It also has an orchard area, 10 hectares of land and a wide variety of trees, such as olive, almond and laurel trees as well as an extensive pine forest area. Guest access The main house can accommodate 8 people. If you need more beds, we offer an attached apartment within the house itself with 3 more beds and its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared. The apartment is only rented as an annex to the main house (never to different guests).
