Welcome to beautiful Clearwater. Home to many of America's best U.S beaches & museums. I provide a beach chair & sunscreen. This is a beautiful private owner occupied, home in a quiet cul de sac with it's own Bayou in the back of the house. 8 minutes from PIE airport, 30 minutes from TPA. A guide to local sightseeing, dining, & excursions is part of your welcome package. There is a kayak launch on my property and my kayak is available for a reasonable fee. The bayou leads out to Tampa Bay. The space My home is located in one of the most unique areas of Clearwater! Guests are 5 minutes from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport and 25 minutes from Tampa International. Just minutes to Interstate 275 and U.S. 19. Want beaches? You're just a short distance away from some of the top rated beaches in the U.S. and the world! Beach chair & sunscreen provided! Less than 2 miles from a beautiful golf course. Enjoy the house's unique natural setting complete with native water birds, fish and turtles to entertain you in the morning while you have breakfast overlooking the Bayou before heading out for your day. And, if your really lucky you just might see a water birds or turtles float by! One furnished bedroom with a twin bed and a full bath. Unless my 2nd room is also being occupied. Then you will share the bathroom. May consider longer than 2 weeks stay. However, long term guests, must work outside of my home. In other words, no remote workers. Your host is a world traveler and loves to meet others with the wonder-lust to travel, explore new places and appreciates meeting new fellow travelers. Guest access Host will provide guest with their own key. Space to park your vehicle in my driveway. Other things to note This room is available for week to week rental or possible month to month. Therefore, the 2 week maximum is flexible. Long term guests must work or attend classes outside the property, to ensure respectful privacy during the day for the home owner.
