Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately. The space The Boat House is a self contained annexe adjacent to the house, nestled in the garden which provides pretty garden views and backing onto a wooded area. The apartment has a light, bright and airy feel. It is comfortable and inviting while being a really good base from which to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. It is centrally heated, so comfortable for both summer and winter stays. The location is ideal for those looking for a fun packed outdoors holiday full of surf and sun, as well as those who prefer, galleries, shops and good food. Guest access The Boat House is self contained. It has it's own access, you will be given keys and can come and go as you please. There are 3 steps into the property and the driveway is a little uneven in places so please take care. The is parking for one vehicle on the drive. EV Charger available upon request, a fee of 0.55p kwh to be charged separately Other things to note You have the use of one parking space on the driveway by the house. I supply bathroom towels but you may want to bring beach towels. I also supply a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and toilet roll.
