Welcome to our chic apartment right in the center! The space The apartment has two very tasteful, cozy and quiet sleeping/living rooms. Each of these rooms, equipped with real wood floors and furnished in friendly colors, has a balcony with seating and views of the countryside. The two comfortable double beds (200 cm x 200 cm and 180 cm x 200 cm) ensure a good night's sleep. In addition to a wardrobe and sideboard, there is also a dining area or a workstation in each bedroom (one for 2 people and one for 4 people). The modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking and self-catering. Each of the two rooms has its own bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system with connection options for MP3 players and USB sticks, hairdryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal. Bedding and towels are included. The apartment is not child-proof. Location: Your chic guest apartment is located in a small side street directly on Aegidientorplatz with the same name U-Bahn [subway] station. You will stay centrally in the very best location, but still wonderfully quiet. Parking is surprisingly easy on Lemförder Straße for Hanoverian conditions, presumably because it is a one-way street without through traffic. By the way, the car can stay here, because thanks to the great location you can walk (almost) everywhere. Within walking distance you can reach several museums such as the Sprengel Museum, State Museum or Kestner Museum, Town Hall and Maschpark, Maschsee, Georgstraße and pedestrian zone, Theater am Aegi, Opera, Old Town, State Parliament and much more. It's only two stops by metro to the train station. There are also direct connections to the fairgrounds (travel time 14 minutes), the Herrenhausen Gardens or the Medical University. Café/bakery with breakfast, restaurants and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. Hospitality is very important to us!
