Our completed in August 2019 apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the district Lauterbach the city of Putbus. It is located in a separate building on the landlord's 1,200 sqm plot. The beautiful harbor with its gastronomic facilities is 750 meters away and can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The space In addition to a cosy bedroom with comfortable double and single bed, a modernly furnished living and dining area with open kitchen, large corner couch and TV, and a terrace in the green area are waiting for you to relax. The house has a bright shower room with windows and is heated by underfloor heating. In all rooms, the windows are equipped with insect screens. A free parking space for your car is available on the property. In addition to electricity, gas and water, the rental price includes bed linen, tea towels, detergent and garbage bags. As a starter we provide 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwashing taps and 2 flushing cloths. Towels are kindly asked to bring you. On request, we provide a children's travel bed and a children's high chair free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Salt, pepper and sugar are open foods and we do not provide for hygienic reasons. A wide range of radio stations are available on the TV. We cannot guarantee a stable Wi-Fi network. For this reason, we only release the access data to the WLAN on request. Your health and well-being are important to us. That's why quality is not counted for us when cleaning. We take at least 48 hours between occupancy singerations to thoroughly clean the cottage.
