We offer the most elegant formal indoor or patio dining, to the most casual- from crystal and china to paper plates. This includes social areas only. Events we've done over the past 12 years , include: * Sets for both movies and still photography * Buffet Thanksgiving for 23 * Formal Thanksgiving for 9 * Family reunion for 35 * Formal sit down dinners for up to 13 * Wedding rehearsal dinner for 30+ * Bridal Showers * 200 plus finger food buffet, "Modern"/ fundraiser parties averaging about 20 people per event. Our 260 Square foot deck has amazing views of the Contra Costa Hills, at a far distance San Franciso and the North Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. Closer in are the Carquinez Bridge, San Pablo Bay, and Mount Tamalpais in the distance, which will be just the backdrop for a breakfast meeting, or a glass of fine wine, and a great barbeque, as the sun sets in the distance! This is a NON NICOTINE VENUE, not just a non smoking venue. Guests will be asked to confirm that they do not smoke or vape, not just the day of your event or at any time that will make us uncomfortable in their presence. Please familiarize yourself with the House Rules before you contact us! Just fyi, I have a toy poodle service dog. He is extremely well behaved. He will ignore you (unless you are friendly to him) and is hypo allergenic and flea free. Guest access The social interior of our home includes 1000 square feet on the main floor, plus use of two bathrooms for your meeting, or social event. We also include the 250 square feet deck until 10 PM. We can do your food preparation, or you can do it yourself. We are easily accessible from the East Bay or Sacramento, and of course the World famous Napa Wine Country! Other things to note We can do a paper plate barbeque or an extremely formal dinner with fine china, silver flatware and crystal. Please let us know your needs in advance as we do not store the sterling silver here! Rates begin with a $100 minimum flat rate, plus $10 per person without food, for up to 4 hours, and $5 per person per hour after that. Please submit your plans, and we will create a special offer for you based on the information you've provided. Your detailed description will help us create an event beyond your expectations! Clean up/set up time is 30 minutes on each side, giving you 5 hours total. Either have many hands making quick work, or book more time if necessary.
