Located in a typical greek village with ancient atmosphere, surrounded by a forest of cypresses, Villakalimera stands out for its character and charm. There, you can relax in the many outdoor articulated spaces, under the shadow of two centuries-old apricot trees among cypress and olive trees, just few steps from Foki beach. The space On the ground floor a large dining-living, where two sofas are available which offers two confortable additional bed. There is a small shower bathroom and a separate kitchen. On the first floor: a master room with a double bed and a private shower bathroom and a smaller room with two single beds and a private shower bathroom. The two beds can be joint, if necessary. Guest access Guests have private entrance from the village footpath, few steps from the pubblic parking area. They have access to the pool area and the garden at ground floor. The owner reserves the right to enter the outdoor area in orde to take care of the pool and plants. Other things to note - The small pool doesn't like dives: both for the possibility of getting hurt, and because the splashes cause an excessive loss of water, very precious and rare on the island. - Kids are allowed to use the pool only under parents supervision. - Allergic guest must be awared about the presence of several wild cats that usually look for food. - Guests are advised that, due to a recent government regulation, a €15 tourist tax must be paid per night. A receipt will be issued for each night. - Guests are supposed to switch off the air conditioning and lights when not home. The owner will feel free to get into the house to switch all devices off, otherwise. - It is strongly recommended not to waste water by turning off the taps if not necessary. - It is forbidden to throw anything into the toilet (toilet paper neither) as the most of greek islands dosn't have sewer system.
