The space Varoter – The Leather Worker An exquisite pied-à-terre on the second floor to the front of the Palazzo (reached by lift) - large, bright and featuring a fabulously tall frescoed ceiling, Venetian terrazzo flooring, a mezzanine bedroom above, and French windows opening onto a long marble balcony overlooking the tranquil Rio di Santa Fosca Canal. Sleeping 2 (+2) guests, its accommodation comprises – - An entrance lobby - An open-plan main sitting/dining room furnished with a plush double sofa bed, a pair of leather Barcelona chairs with matching footstools, and a dining suite seating 4 beneath the mezzanine above - A well-equipped kitchenette with immaculate brushed stainless steel units - A pristine bathroom with a traditional style bathroom suite and large modern shower Glass balustraded staircase with wooden treads rising to - A glass sided mezzanine, home to a double bed set upon polished wooden flooring and gazing up at the spectacular frescoed ceiling overhead! Please note that the operation of air-conditioning and heating are subject to municipality regulation. In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air-conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October. We have 2 other apartments within the Palazzo: Sartor and Spezier Other things to note ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 8 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax €4,00 per person per night*** is an extra, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay. * Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra. ** Our check- in time is from 15:00 up to 20 :00 ( arrivals before 15:00 can be organized upon request). Arrivals between 20.00 and midnight incur an arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival. We do organize check- in between midnight and 1:00 a.m. with a surcharge of € 100 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check- in after 1:00 a.m. CAN ONLY BE ORGANIZED UPON REQUEST.
