Beautiful Zen Cabin in Canyon Lake!

Welcome to our Zen Cabin! A colorful, tranquil, and artistically designed tiny home tucked away at the back of our 4-acre property and right in the middle of all the action in the Texas Hill Country! We are just 0.5 miles from the dam, 3 miles from "The Preserve," 4 miles from "Tubing on the Horseshoe"/"Whitewater Amphitheater," and only 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail. The Zen Cabin is a warm and modern space, equipped with a washer/dryer, TV, BBQ Grill, and a full kitchen! The space Welcome to our recently refurbished Zen Cabin! This little slice of heaven was originally built for our friends to live in, so it contains all of the basic amenities you could need for a comfortable, homey stay here in Canyon Lake. We have a fully equipped kitchen with ample supplies, including a microwave, stovetop with oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a small fridge. Additionally, we offer full Wi-Fi, a shared washer and dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The main living space features a loft with a queen-size bed, a kitchen, two storage closets, a table and bar with two stools, a full-size pull-out sofa bed for the third guest, and a small accent chair. Location: WE ARE ONLY A 5-MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE BEST SWIMMING SPOT ON CANYON LAKE and the beautiful Guadalupe River Spillway, plus 1 minute from Canyon Lake Dam and an awesome boat launch with ample parking. *NOTE: We are a 10-minute walk from Canyon Lake Dam. If you wish to walk to the swimming area, you would need to continue across the 0.8-mile dam to the other side.* (NOTE: Some closures are in place due to low water levels; please message us for up-to-date information.) Our property is situated next to North Park, which is 4 miles from the super fun and popular Tubing at the Horseshoe, alongside the famous Whitewater Amphitheater, featuring annual concerts by megastars such as Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard. Canyon Lake has an awesome vibe and is buzzing with activities to enjoy all year round, including scuba diving, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, sailing, tubing, kayaking, cycling, and walking. We have "Granny D's" - the best breakfast place on the Lake - just around the corner. Additionally, "The Italian Garden" and "The Silver Sage Grill" restaurants are located nearby at Hancock Plaza. The village of Gruene - home to the "Oldest Dance Hall in Texas!" - plus Schlitterbahn Water Park, Prince Solms Park, and the "Wurstfest" are only 25 minutes away in New Braunfels. Tubing & swimming at Aquarena Springs in San Marcos is only 35 minutes away, and the beautiful village of Wimberley, with its famous "Wimberley Square and Wimberley Market Days," is only a 25-minute drive away through the gorgeous Hill Country. Guest access The outside area (designated for Zen Cabin guests only) contains a beautiful deck with three rocking chairs and two small side tables, a propane BBQ with utensils, a large round table with four chairs, a designated parking area in front of the washer, and dryer (up to two cars), and a wooded area lit by fairy lights. You have a direct view of our wonderful vegetable garden and other nearby cabins (some owners/some guests). Please note that we also have a large meditation/yoga hall right next to and behind Zen Cabin (it is the large green metal building), which is currently used by our family and friends only. We, please, ask that you stay within your designated outdoor area other than to use the TREE HOUSE and OUTDOOR SHOWER, which are situated next to the RV. We have other families and guests sharing the land who also have designated private areas that we wish to respect. The general property (designated for our family and other guests only) contains a multitude of wonderful dwellings, all very special and unique, plus a delicious vegetable garden and orchard. My main home is the large white house you will see on your left coming up the driveway. Other owners live in some of the other cabins, and the rest of our cabins and RVs are offered on Airbnb. There is almost always an owner on the land, so please don't hesitate to call any one of us (numbers listed in the manual) if you need assistance at any time. ***Please note: the Zen Cabin is a tiny home, and the ceiling height in the bathroom is lower than standard. If you are 6ft or taller, you will need to bend over. Sorry.
