This clean and spacious 2BD apartment has so much character. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Cincinnati! Just a 3 min walk to the Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, UC Med Center, VA Hospital, and Children's Hospital. Bogarts music venue is less than a mile away, an easy walk or Uber. You're also just a couple miles from downtown and the Hard Rock Casino. Off-street parking in a shared driveway. **PLEASE NOTE** I DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the second and third floors of a two person home. It can sleep up to 7 people. Two bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a twin-sized daybed in a room on the 3rd floor and an air mattress upon request. The sofa in the living room, although not a sleeper, is extra long. Guest access Guests who stay with us will have full access to our outside porch, WiFi/TV/Streaming apps, and the washer/dryer that is located in the basement. Other things to note This apartment is located in a two family home. There is also a 1 bedroom apartment located downstairs that I offer to Airbnb guests. Guests will use the same front door to access the house and walk into a common lobby. There are separate, secure 'front' doors and locks to access both apartments. We ask that you are respectful of the other guest. This is NOT a party house. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. You will lose your deposit and be charged a fee.
