Single, large (280m²), modern and comfortably furnished villa on two floors with its own salt pool, right at the foot of the Montgo on the edge of Denia with fantastic mountain and sea views. The villa is located on a large, completely fenced property with spacious outdoor areas. There are many different areas with lounge furniture and loungers to relax and enjoy your vacation. WiFi is available in the entire villa and is included. You have the villa alone. The space The villa comprises two complete apartments on two floors, connected inside the house by a spiral staircase, as well as spacious outdoor facilities and a roof terrace. The villa is ideal for two families who are friends, for example. All bedrooms and the upper living room have air conditioning, and all bathrooms have a hairdryer. Upper apartment The upper apartment offers a large, bright master bedroom with an en-suite modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a small bedroom with a pull-out bed (160 x 200), a guest toilet, a small, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with two sofas and a large smart TV (connected to the internet). On two sides, there is a fully glazed naya (winter garden) with a magnificent view over Denia to the sea. From the naya, you can also access the roof terrace (sea and mountain view) or the pool area via an external staircase. On the roof terrace, there is a table with 6 stools for evening aperitifs, as well as a seating area with comfortable lounge furniture. Here, too, you can relax on two sun loungers, read or enjoy the view of the sea or mountains. Lower flat The large living area with two sofas, a large curved TV (smart TV) and a wood-burning stove is adjoined by the open-plan American kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso and coffee machine, as well as an extensive range of kitchen appliances, making it comprehensively equipped even for ambitious cooks. The adjoining pantry has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, one with a bathtub and two with a shower. There is also an additional guest WC. Pool terrace The lower apartment leads directly onto the partially covered pool terrace, which is furnished with high-quality furniture. The glass table is extendable and can seat up to 10 people. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool, with 2 more stored under the stairs. There is a spacious lounge area with a sofa, armchairs and a glass table for relaxing. A folding awning can be extended for additional sun protection. The pool area is very spacious and also has an outdoor solar shower. The heated pool (additional cost) is approx. 4.5 x 10 m in size and between 1.5 and 2.5 m deep. The entire pool area is not visible. Our pool is a saltwater pool (10% of the salt content of the sea) without free chlorine and therefore particularly pleasant. However, it is essential to shower before using the pool and to thoroughly remove any sun cream. Summer kitchen The summer kitchen is fully equipped with a professional plancha and gas grill (mainho), refrigerator and sink with hot and cold water. Outdoor area In addition to the spacious pool terrace, the villa offers many other opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Everyone is sure to find their favourite spot, whether sunbathing by the pool, using the mountain-side terrace with an extendable table and 6 chairs for breakfast, or meeting on the roof terrace for a relaxing aperitif with a fantastic view of the sea or Montgo. There's nothing to stop you retreating to the sofa in the naya with a book, reading in the garden under the bougainvillea, or barbecuing with guests in the summer kitchen with the help of the bar counter. The villa simply offers many opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Those who prefer more active pursuits are welcome to use the complex's tennis court (free of charge for our guests) or the communal pool, which is particularly suitable for younger children. Carport The carport can easily accommodate two cars, with space for another in front. The gate is monitored by a camera and can be opened electrically from the house or via remote control. Additional costs Wi-Fi is included, as are bed linen and towels (once per stay) and water and gas. Electricity consumption is calculated according to usage at 25 pence per kWh and paid for on departure. Guest access In principle, the entire villa is available to guests for their sole use. In the main season (July and August) the minimum rental period is 1 week. Other things to note Check-In: During the specified check-in times, Silke will meet you at the villa. If you arrive after 8 p.m., a key will be deposited for you in a key safe next to the front door. Please ask Silke for the code.
