The lounge is a light and spacious a double aspect room which leads into the garden with sliding patio doors. There is also an open fireplace for the cooler months. The utility room has a toilet and sink and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer with access to the garden. The kitchen is a light and airy spacious room with all kitchen essentials. It has a peninsular with granite worktops and a large dining table with chairs. This room is also double aspect with a side door which leads to the covered porch with under cover parking. There is also parking available for several cars. The garden is a delightful space with summer house, patio and garden chairs and table. Well stocked borders and privacy and a real sun trap.
