The space Introducing Suites by Luxury Coastal Our new suites have all the comforts you’d expect from a Luxury Coastal stay; beautiful bedrooms, large bathrooms and wonderful views, however you won’t find any kitchen facilities as the suites are rented on a room only basis. Sleeping & Relaxing The main entrance to the Maritime suites building is accessed via 13 wide steps. Vigilance is located straight ahead on the second floor. The Bedroom A spacious suite inspired by Brixham’s nautical heritage features a sumptuous king size bed with integrated luggage storage, perfect for lazy mornings admiring the view from the pretty sash window. Furnishings also include bedside cabinets, wall lamps, wardrobe, wall-mounted Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. A glass table and two chairs are positioned next to the window seat, with a Bosh Tassimo coffee machine and Costa pods, hot water machine and small under counter fridge. The Views You’ll be treated to picture perfect views overlooking Brixham harbour from the comfy window seat in the bedroom and the comfort of your tempting roll-top bath. Bathrooms Beautifully designed with a contemporary feel featuring tiled flooring, twin basins, a pair of electric lit mirrors, large walk-in shower cubicle, shaver point and WC. The bathroom also features a free-standing, roll-top bath where you can sink into bubbles and admire the view over the harbour. Shared Facilities You will find a shared utility room on the first floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property. The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis. Parking Options Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.
