Sweet attic apartment in Brötzingen

Welcome to our sweet 2-room apartment :-) The apartment is quietly located in a back house in the beautiful Pforzheim district of Brötzingen and consists of an open plan living-dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The bed has a size of 1.60 x 2.00 m (Emma One mattress). The sofa bed in the living room has a lying surface of 1.20 m x 1.90 m. Free parking is just around the corner - within a 1-minute walk. Information with us. The space The apartment is bright and cozy. The charm of half-timbered and partly plank floors complete the coziness. Since the apartment is located in the rear building, it is nice and quiet. The view of the winding backyards enhances the urban character. The apartment is optimally suitable for max. 2 adults (+ 1 child). If you do not spend much time in the apartment, an occupancy with 2 adults and max. 2 children OR 3 adults is also feasible. A baby cot (60 x 120) can be provided on request and subject to availability! Guest access The guests have the whole apartment at their complete disposal and it is not used by anyone else. Other things to note Free parking is right around the house and is usually easy to get. We are happy to give tips. The washer-dryer (washing machine with dryer function in one) is in the washing machine room in the basement. Please contact us if you would like to wash - we will show you everything! :-) The journey can be made very comfortably by train. The station "Brötzingen Mitte" is only a 2-minute walk away. Some bus lines are also very close. Bus stop 11 is 100 m away, which takes you in approx. 10 minutes to Wilferdinger Höhe, for example, to the Arcus Sports Clinic or Siloah Hospital. By car, you can get to the apartment's address relatively quickly from the West highway exit. Parking in the busy Brötzingen district is sometimes easier and sometimes you have to look for something. Feel free to contact us for tips. Parking space: A private parking space can be used free of charge upon request (only if available). The parking space is about a 6-minute walk from the apartment. There are relatively many free parking spaces directly at the house, but they can also be occupied.
