Guest access Indoor Living Villa Beyond’s open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers a spacious, breezy atmosphere with large sofas, a 60-inch TV, and floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors that open to ocean and pool views. Outdoor Living Enjoy the 12 x 4-meter infinity pool, two sun terraces, and a shaded 12-seater dining table perfect for al fresco meals. The rooftop lawn and terrace are ideal for intimate events or sunset gatherings. Bedrooms Nine air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms are spread over four levels, each featuring king-sized beds, chaise lounges, large windows, dressing areas, and a built-in sound system for ultimate comfort and privacy. Grocery costs: Guests provide a cash float in advance, and staff will present all receipts for transparency. Food & beverages are billed at market price + 20% service charge. Staff are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (some start at 7 a.m. for initial tasks), assisting with daily cleaning and meal preparations. For services beyond 9 p.m., an extra THB 300 per hour per person applies.
