La Buganvilla is a beautiful and cozy vacation home, comfortable and very functional, decorated respecting its essence of the 60s, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass, flowers and fruit trees, with special corners to relax. It has a large terrace with wonderful ocean views, where you can enjoy unforgettable dinners. The area is a small, quiet paradise, close to what you need, but away from the hustle and bustle. You'll be on the beach in just a three-minute walk. The space On the beautiful terrace, you have a table for 6 diners, a low table with two armchairs and a hammock, making it an ideal space to have breakfast overlooking the sea, and enjoy relaxed dinners on summer nights, or endless and bright spring afternoons with the warmth of the tropical coast. In the living room, you can have another extendable table for 6 or 8 guests. There is a fireplace with two comfortable sofas, perfect for winter evenings. We have a TV with Chromecast, and Technic stereo with Bluetooth connection. There is a library with over 300 books. All bedrooms have full bedding and towels, also duvets for the winter, in addition there are three extra beds for surprise guests. In the kitchen there are plates and cutlery for 10 people, pots and pans, trays and bowls, there is also a microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, juicer and mandolin, I hope you enjoy cooking here. There is an open porch on the ground floor with a sofa and table, a special corner to enjoy the wonderful garden. We also have two hammocks and a garden umbrella, a great option for a nap. In short, you will be living in the countryside but next to the beach. There are many sports options: scuba diving, wind surfing, kayaking, water skiing, jet skis, and a large water park! You can also go canyoning in Rio Verde, a beautiful place very close to this area. Sierra Nevada is 1 hour away. In winter you can ski and swim in the sea on the same day. You can visit Granada and its unparalleled Alhambra in 40 minutes, and Las Alpujarras, a place of tourist interest, in 30 minutes, but in this house you will be so comfortable that you may not want to leave... it will catch you... Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, outdoor garden and porch. Storage room, closet lofts, bedroom 3 closet, pantry and outdoor refrigerator are private and closed for guests. There is enough storage space for your personal use: closets and coat racks in the bedrooms and shelves in the kitchen. Other things to note The garden needs to be watered and cared for two or three times a week, depending on the season. Sometimes I will come, and other times, a person I trust will come. I will let you know in advance. The house is surrounded by vegetation, don't be surprised if you see some common insects from the countryside.
