Guest access Guest access is the entire property, approximately 3 acres to enjoy. However the horse also accesses the barn. NO children, adults, or pets, should enter barn space. "Snip", like any horse can quickly cause injury or permanent harm. Owner not responsible for your decisions to touch animal. Do not enter horse fenced in area. Additionally, tent camping can be arranged as well as 1 camper hook up for power and water. RACE FANS, HIKERS and BIKERS welcomed!! Parking in driveway may require turn around in yard. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BACK DOWN DRIVEWAY. Enjoy porches and views all you want! Other things to note Due to potty/training accidents, a 15$/per pet , fee is requested. IT IS A 2 PET MAXIMUM. Pets Must be accompanied at all times. This due to pets becoming very upset left alone in strange place. Please don't back down driveway, use yard ONLY for turn around. Each room has candle and matches to be used ONLY in the event of power outage.**Parents please remove access from young children** Parents are responsible to remove any hazards to children.
