Authentic Vosges farm renovated on the heights of Saulxures sur Moselotte (5 minutes with car from the town center with its shops and restaurants-bars and the lake), 20 minutes from La Bresse and 25 minutes from Gérardmer (Lake / Nautical base and ski resorts). Spacious indoor and outdoor spaces with sauna, catamaran net and fireplace. Forest and stream nearby. Large shaded terrace overlooking the private landscaped garden with cabin. Private parking spaces. The space The accommodation consists of : - A large living room with 2 spaces: dining room with 12-seater industrial style table and pellet stove, living room with fireplace in the hearth, aquarium and TV. -An open kitchen with bar. Equipped with a 5-burner semi-professional piano and 80-litre oven. 3 drawer freezer. Complete equipment for easy cooking for 12 people. Conventional 12-cup coffee maker (filters provided), Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, toaster, kettle, microwave. Small grocery store repair on site (salt, pepper, spices, etc...) 2 raclette machines, 1 stone grill, 2 fondue machines. These devices are electric, extension cords and multi-sockets provided. - 4 themed bedrooms (11 beds + 2 babies): Nikon room: queen size bed + cot Cabin room: queen size bed Industry room: queen size bed and 2 bunk beds. Second TV. Nichoir room: double bed + 1 single bed Beds made on arrival, towels (1 bath towel and a small towel per person), and household linen provided ((hand towel, tea towels and toilet paper)) - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. - Catamaran net at mezzanine level with books. - Sauna 3-4 atypical places, in vaulted cellar, with relaxation area and walk-in shower. Private at the gîte, with free and unlimited access . Provision of plastic clogs. - 2 televisions (living room and industry bedroom). Blue-ray playback and DVD / DVD library (child and adult). - Children's play area at the end of the dining room: children's table with coloring and pencils. Many games and toys for all ages: dinette, barbies, playmobils, cars, tractor, backhoe loader, mechanic, lego... Available: 3-wheel balance bike, tricycle, 2-wheel balance bike, small bicycle with wheels, baby carrier. Outdoor games. - Books, magazines, comics for children, teenagers and adults. Board Games / Cards- - Wi-fi throughout the accommodation, high-speed fiber internet Exterior: -Access from the dining room, large terrace of 60m2, facing south, shaded by a pergola with a table for 12 people. 2 barbecues (a bag of charcoal available + firelighter), deckchairs, hammock, outdoor furniture. View of the mountain and the forest. -Wood flame oven optional (minimum rental of one week). - Private landscaped garden of 1200m2 with lawn. Swing and playhouse. -7 - 8 private parking spaces in front of the house. Guest access The cottage is located 5 minutes from Lac de la Moselotte with car (pedestrian lake tour : 2kms, summer: inflatable structures, zip line, aquafly from 5 years old, beach, supervised swimming), 20 minutes from La Bresse ski resort and 25 minutes from Gérardmer (lake / nautical base). Access to many hiking trails. We will tell you the walks and hikes to do from the cottage or around. IGN maps and road book (with map holder) are available. Do not hesitate to ask us for information on the sites not to be missed. In the village (5 minutes by car), you will find 2 bakeries, a butcher-charcuterie, 2 restaurants, 1 bar, a Colruyt supermarket, a tobacconist, 2 hairdressers. Access can be done on foot, 15 to 20 minutes walk. Other things to note + 2 private car parks: one with 5-6 spaces in front of the gîte, and one with 3 spaces in front of the house (on one level), free. + Internet by fiber, Wifi available throughout the cottage, free . + Pellets provided (automatic temperature at 20°C). + For the comfort of your stay, our prices include all charges (water, internet, electricity pellets). Extreme electricity consumption, above 18€/day will however be invoiced to you, in order to avoid abuse. - Toilet paper (10 to 12 rolls) , soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, household products, small convenience store available. - In winter, provision of snowshoes: 6 pairs in adult size, 2 in child size (hiking trails from the gîte), toboggans (track at the gîte), 2 shoe warmers, IGN maps with information on walks and hikes and road-book (plastic map holder). - Baby equipment on request (free): reclining high chair, bath, age toys, changing table, cot. Possibility of adding a travel cot with mattress suitable for a second baby and a second high chair. - Equipment for young children: booster seats, potty, toilet reducer, removable safety barrier for single beds, stairway safety barrier. - Basket of wood, including 5-6 logs of 50cm, newspaper, firelighter: 5€ each. - Optional end-of-stay cleaning, on request, at a rate of €140. If you wish to ensure the cleaning of the gîte, cleaning products and equipment are available. In this case, we will ask you to return the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived. - Laundry: Washing machine and dryer (free), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack with clothespins.
