Lake House Vacation Home with Boat Dock

Lovely, clean, well maintained water-front home on Old Hickory Lake. Wood burning fireplace. Full lake views. Deep water. Good for water sports. Wood deck balcony. No pet / Non-smoking environment. 4 BR: 2 queen, 1 full, 2 twin, plus queen sleeper sofa. The space Big windows on lake side of home. Great lot with island views. Deep water for boating, swimming, and fishing. All electric home is very clean and allergy free. Home has been kept smoke free and pet free. While home has 2 levels on the lakeside, the main floor is wheelchair accessible from the front door. Must be able to take a few steps to get into bathrooms. Several grab bars for assistance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and property and may use the 2 car attached garage. Barn is off limits. Firewood is available for guests' use. Parking is the area in front of home or on one-half of driveway at the top allowing one lane access to neighboring home. Boat launching area less than 1 mile from house. Guests may use the washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for use. Other things to note The driveway is shared with the next door neighbor so guests must be considerate in their use of the driveway. Parking on the driveway must always allow liberal access for the neighbors. Parking on the lawn in front of the house is permitted. The 4th bedroom (with the two twin beds) is downstairs. It is a separate room on the garage level and there is no bathroom on that level. Whoever sleeps downstairs must be able to come up stairs to use the facilities. Two Kayaks in the garage are available to rent for the entire stay. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR GARAGE ($200 minimum additional cleaning fee will be required)
