Filippo Miller. Im Haus "Am Lottenbach"

At approx. 54 m², Filippo Miller is the smallest of our Weimar apartments, but one with a lot of comfort. Because each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom and toilet. A nice little balcony allows for breakfast in the morning sun. Some things only reveal themselves when you look at them for a second time. For example, the wardrobe recessed into the plank wall or the chamber in which suitcases can be accommodated. The space The living room includes a very well-equipped kitchenette with an oven and dishwasher, a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa with an armchair to comfortably devote yourself to the contents of the bookshelves or the smart TV. Dishes, glasses, etc. are available for 8 people. The house is almost 100 years old and the original box double windows, doors as well as oak parquet and plank floors are largely preserved. So please don't expect the standardized construction and furnishings of today's new buildings. As a rule, however, this also lends the special atmosphere that our guests appreciate and expect. Of course, the technical equipment and comfort are at the usual level today. Guest access Filippo Miller is on the 1st floor on the left and is a self-contained apartment. In total, the house has: On the first floor our own apartment as well as on the 1st floor two and on the 2nd floor a vacation home. Other things to note There is little through traffic on our street and so it is quite quiet, especially at night and on weekends. We ask that you observe the 30 km/h zone - not least because it is measured every now and then.
