Juwin Beach House

This summery two storey beach house is the perfect retreat for you and your family. Once a tiny beach shack, Juwin Beach House was designed and renovated to serve as the perfect escape, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and unwind. Huge glass sliding doors fill the house with natural light yet still maintaining it's privacy. Only a short walk to both Gannet and Cormorant beaches with world famous Bawley Point surf break right around the corner. The space The upstairs area is an open plan living/dining & kitchen with beautiful views to Cormorant beach and the ocean from the front. At the rear guests can enjoy south east views to Brush Island. The spacious upstairs lounge room includes TV, foxtel, DVD player with dozens of DVDs to choose from & AUX connection to speaker system. The dining area has a lovely oak dining table that seats 10 comfortably. New white kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel Smeg oven, gas hot plates and a freestanding slow combustion stove for the winter months. Also has a large bench top with stools. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, tableware and even a coffee machine! Main bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable King bed with an ensuite. The room has lovely views towards Brush Island. Downstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bathroom and separate laundry with toilet. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms for the hotter months. For the kids there is a rumpus room with separate smart TV & DVD player and with 1 tri- bunk and single bunk beds. For entertainment there are a pool, air hockey and ping pong tables. There are 4 outdoor decks, 1 at the front and 3 at the rear of the property. The decks are great for entertaining as you are always protected from the winds on front balcony when the southerly blows in. Similarly, you are protected on the rear balconies when the north easters come in. There is a large hammock in the backyard perfect for a relaxing snooze in the afternoon. Other things to note Bawley Point is situated about 3.5 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra. From Sydney travel down the Princes Highway, turn left at Termeil (15 minutes south of Ulladulla) and its about a 5 minute drive to the town. From Canberra travel to Bateman's Bay until you turn left on the Princes Highway and find the same turnoff at Termeil.
