(Terms and conditions applicable). MAIN DESCRIPTION Villa Alberto welcomes you in the small neighborhood of Monte Contros, a small hill overlooking the pretty village of Porto San Paolo. The view is spectacular and faces the island of Tavolara, a majestic limestone massif overlooking the sea recognized in 1896 by Queen Victoria as the smallest kingdom in the world, center of interest of the Protected Marine Area of 'Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo'. The property is immersed in the quiet and surrounded by villas only, can accommodate up to 7 people, has guarded parking places, well-kept garden, covered verandas; the wide spaces and its privacy will allow you to stay in complete relaxation. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The access to the property is by an electric gate that opens onto an internal courtyard with a green area, shared with other properties; it is possible to park two cars, one of which in a covered place. Next to the parking space a local cellar houses the laundry area with washing machine. Some steps surrounded by a cascade of verdant Bouganville lead to the entrance of the villa with a porch, outdoor kitchen and dining table. The porch leads to the internal kitchen, equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove and well equipped with kitchen cookware. Villa Alberto is furnished with care, its wooden furniture and architecture transmit to its guests the warmth typical of the most welcoming houses. The spacious living room is divided into two parts: a small room with dining table and a larger part with masonry sofas and flat screen TV, ceilings with wooden beams and a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. The windows open up a view of enchantment: well-kept exclusive garden with green lawn and view on the gulf of Tavolara island with its splendid emerald waters; from here you can admire the sun rising behind the large limestone massif. The covered sea front veranda is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay there even during the hottest hours. On the ground floor are also a double bedroom with sea view and a double room with bunk beds, both served by a bathroom with shower. The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, attic with ceilings made entirely of wood. Here there is a large bedroom with a desk, wardrobe and fireplace, double bed and single bed for a total of 3 accommodations flanked by a spacious bathroom with shower. Downstairs a separate floor with laundry and ping pong table for kids. Outside guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while sitting on the lawn, where children can play in peace. The lawn area is surrounded by small hedges of shrubs typical of Mediterranean region. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. A weekly amount of electricity consumption is included for free. Upon check-out, any consumption exceeding this limit will be calculated based on the readings of the meter located into the property and charged at a rate of €0,50 per kWh. The charge will be made to the credit card provided as a guarantee upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. Tourist tax - to be paid in cash upon arrival - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
