My guesthouse is unique in whole France : 4 air-conditioned rooms with cosy and gourmand design, 74m2 groundfloor with prof. kitchen, a 2000m2 garden with heated swimming pool (may to oct)... With extra fees you can book a chocolate workshop, hammam or massage. It is located in beautiful countryside (Monts d'Or) at only 10km from LYON ! You can rent the whole home in autonomy, min 2 nights for a WE and 7 nights during summer. Parties not allowed. We are living one place but leave during summer. The space Beautiful wooden made house ideally located in a very quiet countryside area , 10km only from Lyon. You have access to the 190m2 guesthouse with 4 comfortable air-conditioned rooms with their own bathroom, TV and internet, and one living room of 74m2 at ground floor, with its own kitchen. Each room can have one king size bed or 2 twin beds. 2 of them can have a additional bed for a child. Guests have access to the 2000m2 garden and swimming pool (heated from may to oct), terrace, picnic area with plancha, salon garden, tree house, petanque playground etc... Depending on availability, access to the hammam, massages (chocolate please !) and chocolate workshop by reservation. We ask our guests to assure the peaceful character of the rent. Guest access We are located along a trailway in a dead end, in a very quiet area. You join the motorway in 5 minutes, near a commercial zone you'll find everything you need, but from the other side, you are located in beautiful countryside with lots a beautiful villages to visit and trails to do. In 20 minutes by car or bus you also can join Lyon. Other things to note Breakfast is included in overnight stays price for bed and breakfast, but not in autonomy formula as a gite. The indicated price is for house renting in autonomy formula as a gite for 8 p. 2 more children possible with extra fee. Tourist tax included in AirBnb fees.
