New 3-star apartment on the ground floor, completed in May 2013, Approximately 35 m² for 1 - 2 persons, 3rd person (child) possible (sofa bed), pretty courtyard of another 35 m² directly on the city wall, seating area, parasol and sun loungers included. The space "The Hidden Home" is hidden in the alleyways of Speyer's historic old town in the former Gerberviertel district right on the medieval city wall. Our house is newly renovated, completed in May 2013 and houses five beautiful vacation apartments. Enjoy the tranquility and security - just 300 m from the center. The apartment is furnished with a mix of modern furniture and selected old things. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove incl. oven, hood, fridge with 4* freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the living room, you will find a modern flat-screen LED TV, a DVD player and a radio with CD player and MP3 connection. Of course, you can access the Internet free of charge via Wi-Fi. The bed linen is professionally cleaned. Non-smoking apartment! One dog is welcome by arrangement for €8 surcharge/night The following free services are included in the nightly rate: Internet access via Wi-Fi, mini safe in the bedroom, bicycle storage, e-bike charging, high chair, 2 towels per person, hairdryer, kitchen towels, cleaning and dishwashing utensils, washing machine and dryer use in the guest utility room, ironing board, steam iron, clothes rack, normal final cleaning. The beds are made when you move in. For longer stays: 1 x weekly linen change and intermediate apartment cleaning. Car parking in the garage by arrangement.
