Large air-conditioned family house with 5 rooms of 140 m² from the 1960s, without recent renovation, 80 metres walk from the beach of La Bergerie on the Giens peninsula; Ideal for families and friends; 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 doubles and a large "dormitory", large air-conditioned living and dining room, semi-open kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor area with plancha, small refrigerator and sink, a large garden and a bowling alley Car-free holidays possible from April to October The space The house's decor is dated. It is in a simple and old style and has not yet been renovated. NEW FOR 2025: REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE The house is spacious, functional, 80 metres from the beach and has a large garden with a bowling green (balls provided). Linens and towels are not provided. You will be asked for an additional €11 per person to be paid directly via Airbnb (for sheets and one shower towel per person). Bed size (if you bring your sheets): 1 queen bed: 160 x 200 (2 beds of 80 x 200 that can be separated), 1 queen bed: 160 x 200 (2 beds of 80 x 200 that can be separated), 5 beds of 90 x 190 located in a dorm room (ideal for children and teenagers). Fun Paddle pack from April 15 to October 30 (free): two paddles with paddles. Possibility of having 2 additional paddles on request. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is 10 minutes by car (access possible by bus by line 67 with stop 200m from the house) Many activities nearby: swimming, hiking, beach, windsurfing, kite surfing, catamaran, sailing, jet skiing, wake surfing, visiting Hyères, the arts course, Villa Noailles and the bank museum. Visit of Collobrières (the capital of frozen brown), the beaches of Château de Brégançon. Visit the eco island of Port Cros and the island of Levant (naturist island). 4 km long Almanarre Beach, with the Route du Sel and Plage de la Badine Bergerie, Capte and Pesquiers 4kms long on the eastern part of the double Tombolo. La Capte and its soft voice are a 20-minute walk by the beach or 5-minute bike ride. Le Village de Giens is a 5-minute drive. Les Halles du Pousset is a 5-minute walk away with bakery, caterer, en primeur, wines, cheeses. This corner of paradise promotes the practice of water activities (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing line ...) on the Olympic site of Sailing of Hyères, scuba diving in the Natural Park of the Golden Islands, Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant. Don't forget sand castles, beach games, sports walking in the water, paddleboarding, jogging, trail running, yoga (ask Christophe in advance), massages (ask Christophe in advance) or gym tonic facing the sea, bird sightings and flamingos of the salt flamingos. Sunrise in front of Les Mèdes de Porquerolles or Sunset on the salt flats of the Giens peninsula. Guest access Entire house + garden (except garage).
