This cabin is located next to the flower garden with a nice valley view. The cabin is a very basic one room structure with a queen size bed and an extra single bed. No electricity (battery operated lights) in the cabin but you have access to electricity and wifi in the Events Barn shared spaces. The Events Barn has a nice furnished loft for those working from home that need internet access. The bathrooms and shower are also located across the yard in the Events Barn shared space. A great location next to the flower garden with a view of the valley and easy access to the 1870's Events Barn and farm yard. Take a walk and explore the gardens, visit Charlevoix, beaches and famous mushroom houses within 4 miles. The cabin sits completely by itself so you have privacy from other guests. There is a community fire pit across the yard. Amenities are all housed in the Events Barn and are shared with other airbnb guests and farm visitors. You can park right next to the cabin. Country road leads to Charlevoix (3 miles) and extended bike paths. *Shared Spaces: There is a community fire pit with wood provided just across the yard. A basic coffee set up and hot water maker is in the barn kitchen, In the kitchen you have access to a refrigerator/freezer, two double sinks and electrical outlets. No cooking allowed in the kitchen or in the cabin but you can use the kitchen space for preparing basic cold meals, lots of tables and chairs to sit down and eat at. You can also set up a camp stove outside. Most guests go to one of the many restaurants in town or order take out. The farm is in a very private location with no close neighbors. There is a gravel road running past the farm that is nice for a bike ride or walk. The paved country road leading to town is part of Bike Route 35. We are also just a short drive from the Chain O' Lakes access in Ellsworth for fishing and kayaking, some guests also drive 45 minutes to the famous Jordan River, there is a canoe/kayak rental place there. We also may have a couple of bikes available for short rides around the neighborhood, you can ask us ahead of time if bikes are available. Amenities are all housed in the Events Barn and are shared with other airbnb guests and farm visitors. We recommend you bring your own battery operated lanterns/flashlights to reach the facilities at night
