On the ground floor of an old farmhouse, in the countryside

The apartment is a studio located inside a restored eighteenth-century farmhouse: Il Pignocco Country House. It is located on top of a hill and offers a vacation between the sea and the countryside of Pesaro Urbino, near places of historical and cultural interest, in the Marche region. The property offers a very large garden and an exclusive summer swimming pool for guests staying. Tables, chairs and deck chairs invite you to dine outdoors and relax under the shade of centuries-old olive trees. The space The studio apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor of the main house, where the stable was once located. This farmhouse was purchased by my grandfather in 1952 and was our country home until my father decided to restore it and turn it into vacation apartments.
