Located on a quiet hill at Fethiye's Kayaköy area, with amazing valley views, surrounded by lush nature/mountains. Villa contains 4 separate suites, each has own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room or terrace. Fully private/secluded open-air areas include large dining terrace, big pool, garden. Rental covers entire facility and it's a great choice for both large and smaller families or friend groups. Staying here feels like a retreat where you will find peace and tranquility; while being only 20-minutes away from a major coastal city (Fethiye) and surrounded by the world famous beaches as well as all the attractions/activities that Turkish Riviera has to offer. It's a spacious property built on 700m² total land, with 120m² indoor spaces and 80m² semi-open spaces (shaded/covered patios and terraces). Our outdoor pool with its connected jacuzzi and sundeck area is very large (pool itself is 8mx5m wide), offering total anonymity from the outside world. The garden is full of blooming flowers and trees. There's also a barbecue, and a swing to relax. Each of the 4 suites has a comfortable queen-sized bed, and all suites except for one have multiple rooms along with sofa-beds (as comfortable as real beds!). This means the facility can host as many as 14guests, however we also host many small groups of only 2-4 people. If you will spend quite some time at indoor areas, in addition to sleeping / rest, and you prefer to keep them uncrowded, please remember: in this case we recommend that your group size shouldn't be more than 10 adults. The suites all have their own equipped kitchen and most of them have a living room, as well as a private terrace or balcony. Free wireless internet, air-conditioning, fridge, kettle, rain shower, hair dryer and closet space are also standard in all suites. Also keep in mind: featuring a high-capacity power generator, our villa is one of the few properties in the area which will ensure that your vacation will never be spoiled by power or water outages (which aren't uncommon in coastal areas). Note: For everyone's safety, outdoor CCTV cameras on exterior walls and roof monitor the villa's entrances and perimeter. No cameras record indoor spaces, pool or showers. A private chef can prepare organic and locally sourced breakfast and dinners for you. --- History of the property: Our stone houses are estimated to be built around late 19th century by Greeks who lived in the Kaya village (Livissi), and further remains found in our garden were attributed to the Byzantine Empire and Lycian State who ruled this area as early as 5th century BC. The property is certified by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism as a National Monument of Culture. Renovation project was partially funded by the government and led by a prominent architect who specialise in the restoration of Greek Stone Houses.
