At the gates of Haut Beaujolais and Saône-et-Loire, charming stone house with blue shutters, located in a small quiet village of the Loire near Lyon, in the countryside and conducive to outdoor activities: Hiking, fishing, mountain biking. Two large bay windows overlook a wooden terrace with a beautiful view of the valley, and garden furniture with sun loungers, parasols and deckchairs invite you to relax. You have Wi-Fi throughout the house. The space You will stay in an old stone farmhouse restored in 2007, in the countryside with a beautiful view of the valley. You have a fully equipped house with a living room with open kitchen and fireplace on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 3 single beds and the other with a double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and two separate toilets. Two large bay windows overlook a wooden terrace with a large fenced garden of 800 m2. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the quiet valley. Central heating works with radiators in all rooms, the house is very well insulated. You have free Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. Guest access The house is 200 meters from the village of Belleroche, a large parking lot is at your disposal as well as a carport in front of the entrance of the cottage. You will be given a BIP to open the automatic gate. Other things to note You have a charcoal barbecue, a large umbrella rack outside and another inside. We ask that you participate in waste sorting, garbage cans and a compost bin are provided for this purpose. In the village, 200 meters away, you have the possibility to play tennis for free (bring your rackets), a ping pong table and a bowling green are at your disposal and for the youngest there is a mini stadium (we lend you the Ping Pong rackets and the pétanque balls).
