The space OPENED ON JULY 1,2017 you can now experience luxury beachside living in this luxurious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces makes the most of the space on offer. The well appointed stone benchtop kitchen with stainless steel 4 burner hob gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave allows you to engage with guests or family whilst entertaining. Wake up to a fresh coffee from your very own espresso pod coffee machine. The master bedroom includes a luxurious 5 star hotel quality queen bed with a wall mounted television & built in robes. An additional bedroom with a queen sized bed is located at the rear of the apartment. A functional central bathroom with shower also services our 2 bedroom Standard apartments. A european laundry with a separate washing machine and dryer can be found within the main bathroom. Guests have access to a 50 inch high definition TV and access to superfast WI-FI internet. The Hamptons Apartments building offers guests secure entry, lift (excluding to gym), basement car parking, a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the CBD and Port Melbourne’s beaches. Enjoy a barbeque to the backdrop of Melbourne’s skyline. We have multiple sun lounges as well as various dining table options to take in the 360 degree vistas. Guest access There are some limitations regarding the size of car that we are able to accommodate - the maximum vehicle height is 1.7m, Length 4.9m and Weight of 2 tonne. Parking is also available through Ace Parking located only 100 meters from our building. (entry via Rouse Street near the corner of Bay Street).  Short and long stay car parking options are available. We offer a 24 hour check-in service. If the property has a guest departing at 10am then check-in can be arranged for anytime after 4pm. If it is vacant the night before we are more than happy to arrange an earlier check-in time. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time. Upon arrival, we will be there to meet you, let you in and give you the keys and give you an introduction to the building and your apartment.If you have any questions we are more than happy to help you. Secure on-site undercover car-parking is available in most of our properties, providing you with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you please. Car parking charges may apply so please ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so please ensure you mention that you need a car space when booking. Whilst your apartment is designed to be totally self-contained with all linen and towels, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner provided a housekeeping service is available at an additional cost and can be arranged by contacting us. Please note we provide a starter park of toiletries, we do not envisage that there will be enough for your whole stay. Please ask on check-in for the closest convenience store. Other things to note A Caffitaly coffee pod machine is provided in your apartment with a complimentary pack of 10 Gloria Jeans coffee pods for your stay! House Rule: Please note you will be required to provide photo identification (such as a passport or drivers licence) prior to the Corporate Keys consultant handing over the keys to the property. The details of the person staying at the property must match the details of the Airbnb profile the booking has been made under.
