Fishing Point Lake House is a house guests enjoy with sole private access. Fplh has beautiful views over Lake Macquarie on a large block of land in a quiet location with a boat ramp 1 Km. Enjoy sunsets as pelicans glide by. Air conditioning and ceiling fans make a comfortable stay. Good kitchen, gas cooker and bbq outside. Towns of Rathmines and Wangi nearby with shops, cafes, eateries and clubs. Good access for boats. The space We are currently open for longer stay requests. If you wish to stay in a nice quiet location for a month or longer, please make an enquiry and we can have message discussions to negotiate a weekly rate. Maximum 4 people for any such request. Rathmines is 2.5 Km and has good flat walking and a good club, shops include a takeaway, bottlo, IGA, chemist and a good cafe. Wangi is 4 Km with shops and a good pub. Guest access Fplh is set on a large un-fenced block, guests have access to the house, garage, workshop and yard to themselves :) Other things to note Outdoor bbq, second fridge in the workshop, plus a single car garage.
