The space --Please note: we host by the week from Friday to Friday-- The apartment HOUSE ON THE SEA can sleep 4 guests. It is divided on two floors: • ON THE GROUND FLOOR you will find a bright livingroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a stairway access to the upper floor. • ON THE FIRST FLOOR you will find a bedroom with a matrimonial bed and the access to a panoramic balcony, another bedroom with the access to a sea-view balcony and a single bed that can be turned into a double bed because there is an additional single trundle bed. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and a sea-view terrace. The apartment is bright and welcoming and is equipped with air-conditioning and free Wifi Internet Connection. • The panoramic livingroom has got a dining table with chairs, a sitting zone with a Smart tv and a kitchenette. • The kitchenette is full equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a gas cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle, an Italian-style coffee maker and other useful little home appliances. • A washing machine, a iron with ironing table will be at your disposal. • A cot is available upon request. • Parking is available, upon request, according to availability and for a fee. - Please note: being very close to a restaurant, you may hear voices and music during weekends. Guest access You can access the house from the street going down a way that also includes about 10 steps to climb. You can also reach the street and the bus stop from another way that is a panoramic narrow lane which also includes 58 steps.
