The space LIVING AREA Enjoy neutral beachy tones and the open plan living and dining area. All rooms have ducted a/c, ceiling fans and Netflix and wifi are available. KITCHEN + DINING The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, breakfast bar and Nespresso coffee machine. Kitchen essentials and coffee pods are supplied. BEDROOMS The bright and airy bedrooms are spacious, all have built in robes, a/c, fans, comfy beds and high quality linen. Bed Configuration: 2 x Queen Bedrooms 1 x Double Bedroom 1 x Double Bunk Room (4 single beds) OUTDOOR AREA The covered outdoor area and fully fenced yard is perfect for dining alfresco or entertaining. This space is great for kids play and guests travelling with pets. Enjoy the outdoor rain shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. BATHROOM The one bathroom has been newly renovated complete with a rain shower and seperate toilet. Bathroom essentials are supplied. LAUNDRY Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer is available. PARKING There is on-site parking for two cars and free on-street parking directly in front of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of one cupboard and an outdoor storage room.
