In traditional houses, there is no central heating because of the open patio (rain-protected at Dar Eva). It's a good idea to bring warm clothing in wintertime - The 3 bedrooms have efficient reversible air-conditioning (heating), and auxiliary heaters are available for the office and living room; fireplace in the dining room • Please note that because Dar Eva is built on several levels, it would not be suitable for someone with difficulty going up and down stairs
