The cottage overlooks the Conche des Oisiliers (a small private waterway) and features an awning to keep it cool. It is close to the Sèvre Niortaise river and the Damvix boat landing. This single-story house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area (with a wood-burning stove), a shower room/WC, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds).
