Seperate kitchen with table and 4 chairs, full size electric cooker and hob, (new 2020)large fridge with freezer below, kettle, toaster and microwave. Plenty of cupboard space. Untility room off kitchen has (new 2020)LG washing machine and (new 2020) electric hot water boiler. Kitchen leads directly onto back terrace (appox 50m2 refurbished Oct 2020) 5x4mts awning, full sized BBQ, solar power shower, patio table and chairs, bistro table and chairs, 6 sun loungers and bench seat with storage, cupboard for beach chairs and umbrellas sun loungers and cushions . The terrace is compleatly private. Marble staircase leading to 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. Landing has AC unit and a full lengh mirror plus a tall cupboard with towels and bed linen. All 3 bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside cabinets and lights. Large wardrobe with large chest of drawers to one side. Hair dryer and beach towels are also located in large dressing table under large mirror. Spacious bathroom has a full size bath with shower overhead, wash basin, and toilet, full size bathroom cabinet to store personal items plus towels stacked on top shelf. Mirror with make up lights above sink. Bedroom 2 has double bed with bedside cabinets, large wardrobe with chest of drawers inside and another dresser with mirror above. With acess to front balcony. There is a guest bed located under the double bed, if required it will fit in the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with bedside cabinet and light. Large wardrobe with chest of drawers inside, mirror and acces to balcony through sliding doors.There is a guest bed located under one of the beds, if required it will fit in the bedroom. All duvets for guest beds are located in the top cupboard of this bedroom wardrobe. The whole house plus front patio area front upstairs balcony and large private rear terrace, (10x5mts) We are not available at the house but only a phone call away. English is our main language but we can use google translate to communicate with guests. Puerto de Mazarron, this year 2022, had been awarded 7 blue flag beaches and 2 blue flag Marinas. The Bay is surrounded by Sierras Moreras Mountain range, and further to the North, Sierra Espuña. The Marina beach is pedestrian access only and is a pleasant area to eat, drink or just have a stroll in the afternoon or evening. Plenty of bars, restaurants, tapas and ice cream parlours. Don't forget to visit the very large Sunday market. We recommend you try Churros, chocolate and coffee on a Sunday morning, goes down a treat. Puerto de Mazarron boasts more than 300 days of sunshine every year. There are at least 5 golf courses within a 45 mins drive Puerto de Mazarron is a traditional Spainish holiday resort with something for everyone. There is a choice of 3 airports within easy reach. Murica International(RMU) is 60 kms appox 45 mins. Alicante (ALC) airport is 120kms appox 90 mins. Almeria (LEI) airport is 160kms approx. 1hr 45mins. Airport transfers can be arranged if needed. Taxi from Corvera is approx. 75 euros. There is also a car rental office in the Town. A car is really not needed as you can walk to everything in Puerto de Mazarron. You can also book day trips with local companies. There is a bus station and cab rank just 6 mins walk away from the house. It is possible to go by bus to Cataghena or Murcia, always worth the trip and there is now a bus service operating from Murcia Intl Airport to Peurto de Mazarron. Check corveraairporttravel for timetables and prices. Bike rental is available at MOTOS just around the corner from the house. They charge 10eu a day or 50eu a week. Primary renter must be 25 years old. Only famlies or couples. No Hen or Stag parties. No animals, No single group bookings No university students. Please clean the BBQ if you use it.
