In winter, you can ski or sled directly from the holiday home into the attractive Postwiesen ski area. The space The 79 m² holiday home accommodates up to six people across two levels. The first level includes a living room with a dining area, a highchair, and access to a fenced terrace with outdoor furniture. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a storage room. The second level consists of three bedrooms, each with a double bed (one also includes a baby bed), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and another storage room. For entertainment, the house is equipped with Smart TVs in the living room and one bedroom, as well as a radio, CD, and DVD player. Guests have access to a newly renovated communal swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam bath, as well as a bicycle and ski storage area located at the nearby Dorint Hotel. Parking for one car in the parking garage is included. The price covers bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, heating, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. An additional visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per day (for guests aged 16 and above) applies. This tax also includes a Sauerland Card offering various discounts. The property offers broadband internet access. Guest access The holiday home is a private, self-contained townhouse, part of a row of seven houses, available exclusively for guests. Other things to note - The visitor’s tax must be paid separately approximately two weeks before arrival, following a separate request. Names, ages and nationality of guests are required for the registration form and Sauerland Card preparation. - Up to two dogs are welcome upon prior telephone arrangement, provided they do not sit on upholstered furniture or beds. The cost is €10 per dog per day, payable separately, as it cannot be processed via Airbnb.
