This impressive 5-bedroom villa has a large private pool and vibrant gardens, with a traditional and homely interior. It includes air conditioning/heating in the rooms and Wi-Fi. It will have a private parking for its rental cars at the entrance, with the garden and swimming pool at the front of Villa Carla. The combined living and dining room have comfortable seating, a flat-screen television, an ornamental marble fireplace, and a table and chairs for 10 people. The dining room patio doors open onto the barbecue terrace, where there is also access to the utility room. Next to the living room there is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, which has all modern conveniences and a table and chairs for breakfast. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor, there is a double room with an adjacent bathroom. On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private solarium with mountain views. The 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds share a bathroom with an independent shower. The 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds at the front of the villa also share a terrace with views of the pool and gardens. Villa Carla has very pleasant gardens with a spacious area to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by attractive flowers and trees with a short path leading to the outdoor dining area. The partially covered terrace provides shade for the table and chairs to comfortably eat outdoors, and the brick barbecue is located next to the villa. Villa Carla can accommodate up to 10 people. (Travel cots and high chairs are available Free Of Charge upon request). Free air conditioning from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am We will send you a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
