Rental unit in Queens

Hi! Welcome! You will have the apt to yourself. One Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, & Living Room. TV Cable, Internet, Heat, Hot Water, AC, Ceiling Fan, all are included. Super safe area. Train station, restaurants, bars, grocery & laundry located 1 block away. Less than 20mins from Time Square. Apt is very clean, lots of sunshine, convenient, & spacious. Tentative to AirBnB at the moment but we all need to help each other during this time. I will reply within 24hrs. Stay Safe! Stay Healthy! The space My apartment is very cozy, safe, clean, and feels like home. You are more than welcome to cook in the kitchen, watch TV in the living room and eat at the kitchen table. Your bedroom that you stay in is very spacious. The whole apartment is hardwood floors. Very important for your safety and contagion to the apt we please ask that all shoes be kept by the door. Please no street shoes in the house. I've lived in NYC for 20yrs, trust me, esp during this time. Please and thank you. Of course you can switch into a in-house only slipper or a in-house only flip flop. Thank you, thank you. Also, just for your reference, there is one tenant above us and one tenant below us. I live in more of a townhouse set up vs a big NYC apt building. So there is not a lot of action/traffic of ppl around you which is good to know esp during this time. The apt is truly a two bedroom but I have all my stuff locked away in the second bedroom. You will have your own bedroom. The apt is truly best for one person, or a couple. No kids, no pets and no smoking per landlord and myself. Please and thank you. Close to many Citi Bike docks if you want to rent a bike hourly, daily, or monthly during your stay. Close to so many great bars, and restaurants that are offering "to-go, and delivery service only". Several coffee shops that are still open for walk-ins. Close to Socrates Park and the waterfront. A few local breweries in LIC and in Astoria which are cool to check out as well as several yoga studios, movie theaters, and museums once things open up. I moved to CT full time in Dec 2019. You will have the apartment to yourself. I might move back come Sept/Oct 2020. I am potentially flexible on dates and price. Please don't hesitate to message me. Thank You.
