There are 4 "rooms" including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a family room with a TV for movies and streaming, and a bedroom full of windows. It is located down a 1/3 mile gravel driveway in the woods on 72 acres of land that has been dedicated in perpetuity to not being developed. This custom designed cabin is located so close to the hussle and bussle of our nation's capital yet is located on pristine wooded space. You go through a small community of Hallmark Woods before you are transported into the peace and quiet of the Halls Woods. Drive slow with the windows down so that you can take it all in as you proceed down this long beautiful unfinished driveway. Once at the cabin you will notice solid oak floors, beautiful wood work and a large custom built fireplace. This fully equipped cabin has a full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal that can then be eaten out on the large deck. Stay in this rare space away from civilization, but so close to Washington DC (20 miles), Baltimore (25), and Annapolis (7) . A lovely peaceful quiet get away. Everything in the cabin is available for your use. The wood shed and the other shed are for the owner and cleaners only. This neighborhood is a wooded sleepy neighborhood built in the 1970s. The cabin is half an hour from Washington DC, Annapolis MD, and Baltimore MD. The cabin is located 1/4 mile down a gravel and dirt driveway through the forest. I would recommend arriving for check in when it is still somewhat light out if possible because the driveway does not have any lighting and the cabin floodlights are on a motion sensor. The only doors are the front door and the bathroom door which has a small hole from a missing knot in the wood grain. This is a wonderful property for a couple, a small group of friends, or a family that does not need their children in their own bedroom after bedtime.
