The house is ideally situated in the picturesque village of Tias. It's a great place to stay for those who wish to be out of the noisy and busy main resort of Puerto del Carmen but still want to have it easily accessible. The village offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, butcher at cheap local prices. The house is ideally located, being an easy 10 min drive from the airport, just 10 min drive to Puerto Del Carmen and 15 min drive to Puerto Calero. The space The house is ideal for a family vacation or as a base for Remote Workers & Digital Nomads thanks to its fiber optic Internet connection and its latest generation WiFi-6 router. The router using WiFi-6 technology allows 10 mobile workers to connect simultaneously without losing speed. The speed of the optical fiber contracted can achieve the staggering download speed of 600 Mb/s. The villa also offers the following luxury accommodation: Lounges: Enormous lounge with a giant comfortable corner unit sofa, a 10 seater wooden table with black dining chairs (all new) as well as a babies high chair. A wall mounted TV connected to 2 different satellites giving access to a multitude of international channels including BBC, movies, Netflix etc. all complimented by a range of comfortable modern contemporary furnishings. Leading directly off this room is a second lounge area, again with comfortable seating, another flat screen mounted TV offering extensive Netflix films and a PlayStation. Both lounges are equipped with an air conditioning unit in each room. Leading off the main lounge is the sunny terrace. Double doors open onto this area (double glazed aluminum). The granite topped 10 seater table offers a great opportunity for al fresco dining whilst looking out to sea enjoying the all-day sunshine. There is a triple tray BBQ plus a prep table. The patio is sufficiently large that there is still room for 2 sun loungers ;) Kitchen: Large fully fitted luxury kitchen with grey Silestone worktops (natural quartz). The whole kitchen is fully equipped with high quality Franke units, consisting of an oven and a microwave, ceramic hob with a designer extractor. The kitchen also has a huge fridge with a proper freezer at the bottom and a dishwasher. Of course you will find everything you could possibly need for cooking at home including a toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle etc Off the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, steam iron etc As I am French and have a passion for cooking you will understand why the kitchen is so well equipped ;) Bedrooms: Bed 1 : Very large room with an extra wide bed (180cm X 190cm) with memory foam mattress. The room is so big that there are 2 double queen sized beds (140cm X 190 cm) where 4 people could sleep. There's also a solid wooden full sized cot. A huge sliding wardrobe and a wall mounted TV. Individual bedside reading lights and 3 skylight windows allowing an abundance of natural light. Bed 4 : A double bed (140cm*190cm) with quality memory form mattress. Range of fitted wardrobes and a big wall mounted TV. Individual bedside reading lights Bathrooms: Totally New refurbished main bathroom with walk-in shower with large square rain fall shower head, designer WC, sink with feature mirror above, extractor fan (ecological, not electrical, using the wind), hair dryer, 3 electric points for shaving. There is also a huge bath. 2nd Bathroom: Twin drawer vanity unit, with a walk-in shower, modern tiling, designer WC, sink with mirror above, extractor fan (ecological, not electrical, using the wind), hair dryer, 3 electric points for shaving. Swimming pool : The house benefits from a very large private biological salt water pool (no chemicals used) of 10 m long, 4 m wide and 0,8 m to 2 meter deep. The swimming pool sits centrally on the expansive pool deck. The area around the pool is fully tiled with non-slip tiles for extra safety. There are twelve sun loungers plus numerous parasols. There is also a raised seating area with table and chairs. The pool is extremely private and is a real sun trap benefitting from all-day sunshine. Pool heating: The pool benefits from a recently installed top of the range pool heater and also a solar blanket that guarantees you can swim all year round. The pool is electrically heated from late October until late March (there is no charge to guests for this pool heating). Free fibre optic high speed Wi-Fi available in the entire house and also in the pool area. There is also a big safe that can fit your laptop. Private off-road parking spaces are available inside the property. Little extras: As your comfort and enjoyment is my priority, I aim to provide all the little extras I can. E.g. books in various languages, Spanish dictionary, guides to the Island, some children's toys, board games, pool accessories, beach accessories, etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, sheets, pillow cases, bath and hand towels are provided. If you need beach towels just ask before you come and I will happily provide as many as you need, of course there is no additional charge. Cleaning prior to arrival and after departure is included. No hidden extras to pay (e.g. rental of iron, kettle, toaster, WiFi, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, pool heating, etc) everything is included in the price. To summarize, a large, perfectly appointed, detached house with a fabulous pool, in an ideal location with a high speed internet conexion. All beautifully refurbished, decorated, equipped and furnished with love by myself.
