My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, (with kids), and big groups. The space The house is furnished, the kitchen with an American fridge. Towels and linens are on site and are cleaned after each guest. Each bedroom has one split air conditioner. Guest access Bedrooms that are not needed are locked. Other things to note Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, a deposit of 250€ will be charged, this will be charged with electricity and water and the rest will be returned no later than 7 days after the end of the rental agreement. Electricity : €0.50 per kWh Water: approx. €8.00 per cubic meter A spacious vehicle (VW Amarok, pick up, full casco) costs €45/day. A final cleaning is due for the vehicle of a one-time €50. The rental price for the house is only valid in connection with the car booking (car belonging to the house). Without car booking, the house rental price will be increased! Airport transfer from and to the airport via the manager for a total of 50€ (for 4 people and 1 CAR). For several people, 2 transfers are also possible on request.
