This tree house sits in the Brae Burn Community of Pinehurst, built in the 1970's. Enjoy the entire condo for you and your group! Located near Pinehurst No. 3, you are centrally located in the town of Pinehurst. This tree house is decorated and well equipped for a long or short term rental. This rental does include a private washer and dryer (located in base of home), beautiful views of Pinehurst Lake and private wrap around deck. Longer stays are welcome—please inquire for availability and details. Guests do NOT have lake access! Home has a standard drip coffee maker. Please no more than 2 cars at vacation home. Room1- Queen, Full bath Room2-Full, Half bath Living room does have sleeper sofa. For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
