Your stay includes: use of the swimming pool, unguarded parking, use of bicycles (subject to availability, €50 deposit), final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels (first supply). Upon arrival, you will be required to pay certain mandatory costs: DEPOSIT: €200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after the condition of the apartment has been checked. In the event of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded by bank transfer (costs to be borne by the customer).
