Enjoy the beautiful view over Platja Montgó beach from the terrace. There is a lift to get you to the 2nd floor. By car you come directly into the garage on the 2nd floor. Once inside the bright and spacious interior is immediately noticeable. There is an open kitchen with all amenities. In the spacious living room is a flat screen TV with satellite reception. There is a table in the living room. The spacious terrace is completely south-facing. Enjoy the sun, eat together and watch the beach and the sea. Next to the living room is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom. With a staircase you come in the floor underneath. Here are the two other bedrooms. They share a spacious bathroom. There is a separate toilet under the stairs. The car is allowed in the garage.
