A secluded casita within walking distance to a park, close to the university, and downtown areas. There are several places that you can walk to where you can eat, drink, or enjoy the evening, while still being tucked into a family neighborhood. The space The guest house is a great place to stay in town. It features a private relaxing atmosphere, with its own entryway and parking. It is a casita on the back half of the property, the hosts live in the main house and are easy to reach if you need anything. The casita is accessed by a service road and has a small private parking area that fits small and most medium size cars and trucks with plenty of walking room. Larger vans and such can fit as well but can be snug. Picture show the parking area and road Other things to note Parking on the property is available. Parking and entrance of the guesthouse come off of the alleyway. We have a wide alley that many neighbors frequently use as a low-traffic, small street. It can have an occasional pot hole especially after a rain but is at no point impassable.
