Description

Weekly rates, from Saturday to Saturday. NB: for the ASCENSION weekend, please contact me. Exceptional sea view for this 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. A large wooded garden, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, TV room, French billiard room, library-office, children's playroom in the veranda and a large south-facing terrace with comfortable outdoor lounges complete the offer. The space The view is exceptional over the cove and the spaces, very numerous in the house, mean that we do not live on top of each other even with fourteen and two babies! Weekly rental normally, from Saturday to Saturday preferably. No rental for weekends (or, at the price of the week, off season, by contacting me!), sorry. 1000 euro deposit to be paid (preferably by check, not cashed and returned directly at the end of the stay in the absence of damage) upon check-in. Free Wi-Fi access and a computer connected to the Internet. Linens and towels and tea towels are provided, water, electricity and fuel oil consumption, internet access and tourist taxes are included. Cleaning must be done by the tenant when leaving (or supplement of 100 euros to be paid on-site by check; the request must then be made well in advance). Approximately 250 m² on several levels. More than 2000 m² of enclosed and wooded land. 3 bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200) and 4 bedrooms with two single beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower redone in 2016 and 2017. 2 separate toilets, 1 toilet in a bathroom. 2 baby cribs, 2 baby chairs, baby baths, potty, toilet booster, step stools, baby cutlery... VMC in kitchen, bathrooms,... Guest access The entire home is accessible to tenants (except for an attic that is used for private storage). A 100 m² cellar contains all the equipment for the garden and terrace (garden furniture, barbecues, deckchairs). Gardening and DIY equipment and kayaks for the owner's exclusive use. The tennis court, clearly not brand new, is shared with the neighborhood with schedules to be respected. The garden is private, enclosed and wooded (a small stream, a non-potable source). Cars can be parked on the inner driveways, in the basement garage, along the property or in the gravel parking lot, in front of the house. Please do not park along the neighbors' property. Other things to note Wi-Fi; Hi-Fi system (jack connection (cable provided), USB, jack cable); Self-service connected computer; Laundry room: Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board; Kitchen: Refrigerator (freezer section), dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; dishes and utensils in number, dishes and cutlery, tea towels, sponges, etc.; Games and stuffed toys for children on the veranda; French billiards table; Large flat screen TV, DVD player; Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols, shades; Balls, rackets and tennis balls, beach games; Gantry with slide and swings. Decoration: combination of antique and modern furniture. Themes of Brittany and the sea. Warning for people with limited mobility: many steps indoors and outdoors. The ground floor, however, has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. What often comes up: :) beautiful location and view, plenty of rooms so you're not on top of each other, well-equipped house. :( kitchen a little small.
