Our large three bedroom apartment situated on two floors is in the area of Craig Y Don, Llandudno and only a short distance from the promenade with cozy cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The space The property provides an exceptional standard of accommodation with free WI FI and Smart TV/DVD combination. The First floor has a large fully fitted breakfast kitchen, with full size oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and blender . A high chair is also available for the smaller guest. The light and spacious lounge has a 3 Seater and 2 Seater sofa, coordinating chair and footstool, with reading lamps and Smart TV /DVD combination. Enjoy a romantic meal or a get together around the six seater dining table. Our third bedroom also on the first floor can be used as a day room/playroom, with books, games, toys , as well as a Sofa Bed which has a 4'6" pocket sprung and memory foam mattress. A light and airy staircase with Velux window leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom has a King Size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps. A travel cot is available on request. The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside table, lamp and wardrobe.The spacious bathroom has "twin" sinks a "P" shaped bath and shower over.
